These are implemented source paths, not a claim that your accounts are connected. Pilot setup, authorization, and current source access are still required.
01 / Read-only connection
Authorize the consenting mailbox through Google with gmail.readonly. TuoIQ captures eligible message text and context without changing your mail.
02 / Manual batch
Bring original feedback into an authorized project as a bounded, structured JSON batch. Keep the source context with the words.
03 / Existing eligible history
Where the optional mirror is enabled, include eligible stored web-widget conversations from an explicitly selected Tuolen agent.
Planned / not connected
All other channels are planned, not connected in TuoIQ. A channel being available in Tuolen Support does not make it an IQ source. No release dates are promised.
Read coverage alongside themes
Permission to access a source, captured messages, and analyzed feedback are different things. Missing data should not look like an absence of problems.
Provider errors, capture limits, access changes, and analysis allowances can leave gaps. Check the reported coverage before drawing conclusions.
The account is connected and this project has permission to include the source.
Eligible records have arrived within the source’s capture limits. Connection alone is not proof of capture.
Eligible customer messages are processed into candidate observations. AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong; human review is still needed.
The IQ source paths read upstream content. They do not send customer replies, create drafts, mark mail as read, or edit original channel content.
Authorized members intentionally save notes, review themes, record decisions, and create private briefs inside TuoIQ. Read-only sources do not mean a frozen workspace.
TuoIQ works independently of Support. A shared organization still needs explicit product access and source inclusion.
