Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited use

You must not use or attempt to use Tuolen AI to:

1. Violate law, sanctions, court orders, or third-party rights.
2. Generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, unlawful extremist content, or instructions that materially facilitate violent wrongdoing.
3. Conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, malware delivery, unauthorised access, denial of service, or evasion of security controls.
4. Send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications or ignore opt-out requests.
5. Discriminate unlawfully or make solely automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, essential services, healthcare, or legal matters without written approval and legally required safeguards.
6. Process biometric identifiers, precise location, health, financial-account, government-ID, children's, or other sensitive data without lawful authority and appropriate approval.
7. Infringe privacy, confidentiality, publicity, copyright, trademark, database, or other rights.
8. Mislead people about whether they are interacting with AI, fabricate a human identity, or deploy deceptive synthetic media.
9. Scrape, probe, bypass limits, reverse engineer, or access another tenant without permission.
10. Use output as professional advice without competent review.
11. Resell, sublicense, or provide service-bureau access unless authorised in writing.

Enforcement

Tuolen Technologies may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including limiting content, disabling features, suspending access, preserving evidence, or reporting unlawful conduct where required. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and risk and provide notice where safe and practicable.

Report suspected misuse or appeal an enforcement decision by contacting hello@tuolen.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, agent, content, or incident.
