Tuolen AI primarily uses browser local storage and session storage to provide authentication, visitor sessions, microphone preferences, product tours, and proactive chat features.

Scope
This policy applies to websites and applications controlled by Tuolen Technologies. If a Tuolen widget is embedded on another organisation's website, that organisation should describe the widget technologies in its own notice and consent process.
Technology categories
- Strictly necessary or requested: authentication, session continuity, security, microphone choices, and requested settings.
- Functional: product tours, appearance, accessibility, and remembered preferences.
- Proactive chat: visit counts, display limits, and cooldown timestamps for customer-configured widget triggers.
- Analytics or advertising: we will describe these technologies and provide choices where required before using them.

You can clear or block local storage and session storage using browser controls. Doing so may stop authentication, visitor recovery, microphone preferences, or proactive-chat features from working correctly.
