Customer-selected integrations
Customers may direct Tuolen AI to connect with services such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Google services, Meta or WhatsApp, Slack, Atlassian or Confluence, telephony providers, or a customer-selected AI gateway.
When a customer supplies the relevant account, tenant, credentials, or endpoint, that provider is normally a customer-selected recipient rather than a Tuolen-appointed subprocessor. The customer's agreement with that provider applies.
Changes and objections
We may update this list when providers or processing arrangements change. Contract customers receive notice and objection rights as stated in their applicable data processing terms.
