AI Transparency Notice
Tuolen AI enables organisations to build AI agents and AI-assisted workflows. The organisation deploying an agent determines its purpose, knowledge, instructions, channels, tools, recipients, and human-escalation process.

What AI may do
Depending on configuration, Tuolen AI may generate conversational replies, summaries, classifications, suggested actions, retrieval results, translations, speech transcriptions, and synthetic speech. It may also call customer-authorised tools or integrations.
Limitations
AI outputs are probabilistic. They can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-unique, or inconsistent. Retrieval from a knowledge base does not guarantee accuracy. Voice transcription can mishear speech. Tool calls can have real-world consequences and require appropriate permissions, validation, testing, and monitoring.
Human oversight
Customers must provide appropriate human review, especially for complaints, vulnerable people, safety issues, financial or legal consequences, and decisions affecting rights or access to essential opportunities. Tuolen AI must not be the sole decision-maker for legal or similarly significant decisions unless expressly approved in writing with an impact assessment and suitable safeguards.
Notice to end users
Organisations deploying Tuolen AI should clearly disclose that an AI system is being used, identify the responsible organisation, link to its privacy notice, explain how to reach a person, and avoid implying that the AI is a licensed professional or a human.
Data use
Customer Content is processed to provide the configured service. Tuolen Technologies does not use Customer Content to train a Tuolen-owned general-purpose model unless the customer expressly agrees in writing. Data handling by external providers depends on the customer's settings, selected model and channel providers, integrations, and whether Tuolen Technologies or the customer controls the relevant provider account. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Report a concern
Report harmful, unexpected, or unsafe behaviour to the organisation that deployed the agent or contact hello@tuolen.com. Include the date, channel, agent, and a description of what happened where possible.
